Study Tours
The Department of Retailing and Tourism Management offers many diverse opportunities for students to see behind the scenes within the areas of Hospitality Management & Tourism and Merchandising, Apparel & Textiles. We offer many opportunities for students to travel the world while earning course credit, as an alternative to education abroad trips offered through the university. Our students have the ability to visit multiple countries and enjoy unique educational experiences outside the classroom. Along with the travel component, there is also an online or in-class component as well.
These courses are wonderful networking opportunities, and to make sure our students can access this exceptional experience, we offer scholarships and work with curriculum equivalencies to ensure these lifelong memories are made.
Our students have traveled to Panama, Paris, New York, Scotland, London, Las Vegas, Florence and more.
